Starting in healthcare HR, Preston moved into fractional leadership roles recruiting and overhauling TA functions for venture-backed startups, multi-site scale-ups, and enterprises. Over the past decade, he has built teams delivering tens of thousands of hires across the retail, restaurant, and healthcare sectors. His track record includes stabilizing TA operations for a 250-location restaurant brand, scaling high-volume franchise hiring, and principal-level recruiting for a $13B global mining enterprise. Today, he serves as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Regal, leading global recruiting strategy and operations for the world's second-largest cinema operator.
